Heating Oil Service Plans
Heating systems operate for hours on end, month after month, so they need regular maintenance — just like your car does. Our heating service plans keep your system at peak efficiency and let our technicians catch minor wear and tear before it turns into major trouble down the road.
Each oil heating service plan includes a preventive maintenance tune-up that keeps your burner working efficiently and can cut annual energy use by as much as 10%. A tune-up also helps prevent a dangerous buildup of carbon monoxide. Please contact us for additional terms & conditions.

Water heater care
Water heater maintenance & scale flushing
Bucks County water is hard. Calcium and lime settle to the bottom of the tank as scale, which insulates the burner or element from the water. That means longer run times, higher bills, popping and rumbling noises, and a tank that can fail years early. An annual flush with our Sediment Buster tool is the single best thing you can do for a water heater.
How we flush your unit
- Shut off power or gas and let the tank cool.
- Connect our Sediment Buster flush tool to the drain valve and run it to a floor drain or bucket.
- Open a hot tap upstairs, then drain the tank until the water runs clear.
- Use the Sediment Buster to short-burst the cold supply and stir up settled scale for a deeper flush.
- Inspect and replace the anode rod if it's more than 50% consumed.
- Test the T&P relief valve, refill, purge air, and relight/restore power.

What does a tune-up include?+
A 20-point inspection: refrigerant charge, electrical contacts, drain lines, filter, blower, thermostat calibration, and a full safety check. Super tune-ups add deep coil cleaning and combustion analysis.
Can I add a second system?+
Yes — add additional HVAC, water heater, or boiler systems at 50% off the plan price.
Is there a contract?+
No long-term contract. Membership renews annually and you can cancel anytime.
What if I move?+
Your plan transfers to your new home in our service area, or to the new homeowner — your choice.
